Russell Spivak

Russell is a summer associate in our New York office. For his undergraduate degree, he attended MIT where he studied business, political science and economics. Russell worked for Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney of the New York 18th Congressional District before starting law school. During his time at Harvard, he has served in the Department of Defense's Office of Military Commissions, working on personal jurisdiction problems and the danger of the revolving-door-terrorist when classifying combatants and civilians. Kerry Bollerman

Kerry is a summer associate in our Washington DC office. She expects to graduate from Georgetown University Law Center in 2017, after which she will clerk for Judge Emmet Sullivan in the DC District Court. At Georgetown, Kerry is a Writing Fellow and the Senior Administrative Editor for the American Criminal Law Review. She will participate in the Domestic Violence Clinic in the fall. Before law school, Kerry worked as the Special Assistant for Policy for the Assistant Attorney General of the Civil Division in the Department of Justice. Charlie Johnson

Charlie is a summer associate in our Palo Alto office. He expects to graduate from Stanford Law School in 2017. Charlie was a lead editor for the Stanford Technology Law Review and will direct the Stanford Technology Law Review's symposium next year. He is also involved in the Patent Troll Litigation Policy Lab at Stanford. Prior to law school, Charlie taught chemistry and physics at a high school in Queens, New York. Charlie received his undergraduate degree in chemistry and history from St. Olaf College and his master's degree in education from Pace University.... Read Blog
