This reimbursement is paid on a semester-by-semester basis each academic year for up to four years of law school. The firm’s reimbursement of a technology specialist’s law school tuition is predicated upon his or her continued employment and satisfactory job and law school performance. Furthermore, it assumes that if upon completion of law school the firm offers the technology specialist a position as an associate with the firm, it will be accepted.
Bar Examinations and Associations
The firm provides the following assistance to attorneys and law students who need to sit for the bar exam in the state where they are or will be located as well as for those individuals who will be practicing in more than one jurisdiction at the firm's request:

Bar Review Courses: The firm pays the tuition for one regular study course (such as Bar/Bri) and for one multi-state study course (such as PMBR) and, in the case of patent agents, for one Patent Bar Exam preparatory course.
Bar Association Costs: The firm pays the annual registration fees for attorneys for the states in which it has offices (California, Maryland, Massachusetts and New York) as well as the District of Columbia. The firm pays attorney membership dues and up to two sections for elective associations (up to a maximum of four associations).
