Paralegal Professional Development

Paralegals who are new to the firm attend our comprehensive new hire orientation and training program. Depending on their previous experience and skill-level, paralegals also attend legal practice-specific training. Entry-level paralegals are also assigned a mentor from their legal department who provides guidance during their first months of employment.

A variety of additional training opportunities are offered to paralegals including attendance at in-house legal training sessions, outside CLE programs and legal department meetings. Paralegals are also encouraged to develop their skills in the many technical applications used to support our practice. These training programs help ensure that our paralegals are prepared to provide the highest level of service to our clients.
